Our Mega Focus classes are exactly what the name says, 50 minutes of full blown Lagree Fitness on our M3Xs! 

You’ll experience a full on Lagree class, whether you choose Green or Yellow Level, you’ll work every muscle in your body, you’ll sweat, you’ll shake, you’ll swear & at the end you’ll get a stretch session!

(Be WARNED, this class comes in Red Level too, ONLY Red VIPs may book a Red Level Class)
