Our Fuse Focus class is only listed at a Yellow Level. This class is fully performed on our Fuse Ladders, which incorporate spring resistance, stall bars, an incline bench, and a hammock.
In this class model you will work on your balance, coordination and focus on strengthening muscles that you weren’t even aware you had. Expect to work “around the world” which will have you pulling & pushing the springs attached at various heights. This is a full body workout & you’ll find yourself standing, twisting, lunging, squatting, kneeling, sitting, laying, rolling, planking, swinging and sometimes even climbing!
