We recommend 3-4 classes per week to really see the changes that are possible with the methods that we teach at Mega Corps Fitness. Since we teach things that are low-impact your recovery time will be faster, but we always encourage our clients to listen to their bodies. Each and every body is different. Some of us recover faster than others and can do more classes a week. At MCF we also offer different class models that pair very well together. Maybe one day you take an intense Lagree class and then the next you focus more on mobility with Functional Fuse.
