If this is your first time coming to Mega Corps Fitness we HIGHLY recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class.
This will allow you to check-in for class, put your belongings in a cubby, meet and discuss any necessary modifications with your instructor, and be introduced to the machine that you will be using in class. At MCF we have multiple Lagree specific machines, Fuse Ladders and Suspension Trainers that we use for our different class models. It’s a good idea to be acquainted with their uses and safety tips before the start of class.
If you’re not a first timer, but you’re attending a new class model and are unsure of how to use that model’s apparatus, we suggest coming into class at least 5 minutes early, so that you can discuss the equipment’s special features with your instructor prior to the start of class. This will set you up for success with easier transitions from move to move.
